Vintage antique XIXe century mother-of-pearl coin purse with chain century mother-of-pearl coin purse with chain. This rigid rectangular purse features two stunning textured mother-of-pearl panels in iridescent pink tones, mounted on a brass frame. Inside, a red fabric accordion compartment system creates three small separate storage sections. The purse also has a small chain with a clasp at each end (the chain is not original to the piece), allowing it to be worn around the wrist as a micro handbag or attached to a bag as a charm. A rare piece!
