Vintage 90s  mini dress with a square neckline by French brand Emanuel Ungaro. The upper part is in a slightly rigid pale blue fabric. The petticoat starts just below the bust. It is made in a beautiful burned velvet in gray blue tones for an incredible liquid / watery effect. The skirt is lined. There is a zipper on the side of the dress.

Composition: 61% viscose, 39% silk.
